1. Shipping Area

Our products are only sold in the United States and Europe (UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Norway, Czech Republic, Poland). Some products are only sold in specific regions.

2. Shipping Details

All orders are shipped from Goneo Bike local warehouses in the US, UK, and Poland. We partner with reliable local logistics companies, including UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL, to complete the delivery.

Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process. Processing times may be longer during peak sales periods. Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to your registered email address.

Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days after shipment. For third-party logistics services, we cannot provide additional shipping information or documents. All delivery dates provided by Goneo Bike are estimates.

If you have a registered account at https://goneobike.com/, you can track your orders, view delivery status, and processing information directly through your account. For any other shipping inquiries, please email service@goneobike.com, and we will respond within 24 hours.

3. Shipping Changes & Related Fees

No fee will be charged for changing the shipping address before a tracking number is provided.

For address changes after the package has been successfully delivered to the original address, an additional $100 fee per item will apply. Any changes made to your shipment after it has been shipped—including but not limited to address changes, order holds, or updates to shipping settings/preferences—may delay the delivery, replacement, or refund of your product.

If you wish to change the color or size of your e-bike, such changes must be requested before the order is shipped.

4. Additional Shipping Notes

E-bikes are high-value items, so we arrange separate shipments for each order to ensure the safety of the goods during transportation. We use reliable delivery services to guarantee that your items arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Shipping fee policy:

Free shipping for orders over $800

$39 shipping fee for orders between $100 and $799.99

$15 shipping fee for orders under $100

All items will be shipped separately to ensure that the weight and size of each package comply with the courier’s limitations. This reduces the risk of damage during shipping, improves shipping efficiency, and allows for better tracking of each package to ensure timely delivery. Goneo Bike is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items resulting from the actions or inactions of any parcel service.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For more details on our limited warranty and claims process, please review our Limited Warranty Terms, which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of these Terms.

Shipping times may be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays. If you have not received your package within the estimated delivery window, please contact us for assistance.

All estimated/typical delivery times are based on historical data from past orders and are for reference only.

5. Return Shipping & Shipping Damage

If a return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall bear the shipping costs, with the specific amount determined by the courier service chosen. If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to Goneo Bike’s reasons, the consumer is not required to bear any related shipping costs.

For shipping damage: Please send photos or videos of the damaged item to customer service within 7 days of receipt. Damaged parts can be replaced or compensated for free.

Damage to a listed part under the Limited Warranty during shipping is not covered by the Limited Warranty. However, Goneo Bike will replace such damaged listed parts if you:

(1) Notify service@goneobike.com of the damaged listed part within 7 days of receiving the e-bike;

(2) Provide Yoloway with a dated photo of the damaged listed part;

(3) Return all original packaging and paperwork included with the e-bike;

(4) Note any product damage on the Bill of Lading before you and the shipper sign for the shipment.

Please note that shipping damage claims are time-sensitive, and it is your responsibility to inspect the e-bike for damage immediately upon receipt.

When all warranty replacement parts are shipped to the customer, the customer shall cover the shipping costs for these parts.

The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage that occurs during shipping if the owner arranges their own shipping, uses a freight forwarder, or utilizes a similar service.
